All items are custom-made to order through our trusted production and fulfillment partner. We only accept returns or refunds for defective, damaged, or misprinted products. Please contact us via Email - sarttstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos if there’s an issue.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for size issues, buyer’s remorse, or color variations due to display difference
